How I connect 2 PC's with my new DSL. Do I use my old router, or can I connect both lines on the Acanac modem?

Use your old router...There are 2 ways of doing this.
modem --> WAN voip router LAN -->WAN homerouter LAN --> computers
or
modem -->WAN home router LAN --> WAN voip router, computers

Is it guaranteed that Ontario users will get full 4 MBPS speed?

The availability and speed of DSL is determined by the distance you live from your local Telephone Company (Bell Canada?)

Do I have to cancel/contact my current provider, or do you take care of that?

We always recommend that you cancel your current internet service "after" ours is active. This will ensure that you never, go without Internet access. In the end, you will have to cancel your current provider.

How long does it normally take to setup a DSL connection?

Within Ontario and Quebec, it normally takes 4-7 business days. Alberta and B.C. it can take up-to 15 business days. You will normally receive your modem a few days before the activation date. We recommend that you simply plug it in, and wait unit you have an active link light.

What is Naked DSL and how can I learn more about it?

Naked DSL, is DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) service in which the customer is not provided with dial tone. In regular DSL, a wire is run from the telephone switch to a piece of equipment called a Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) splitter. The POTS splitter separates the DSL and voice bands and then a wire carrying both services runs from the splitter to the cable head.

Do I have to buy a DSL modem, or is it included for free?
